Tasting Notes:
This classic Hunter Shiraz, with generous sweet mid palate fruit, was
aged for 15 months in French and American oak barrels prior to bottling.
Deep ruby red in colour, with a nose of dark berry fruits and well integrated
savoury oak, make this Shiraz the perfect partner for red meat and cheese.
Enjoy now, or over the next five to ten years with careful cellaring.
.
“A traditional style with a lovely spicy, lifted raspberry nose
and ‘bubblegum’ oak. Distinct white pepper characters on the
palate, with everything in seamless balance”
