Tasting Notes:
This wine takes the attributes of classic Hunter Semillon (65%) and beautiful cool climate Yarra Valley Sauvignon Blanc (35%) to produce a wine of great flavour and length. This is a fruit driven style, straw green in colour, with lifted citrus and rich tropical fruit on the nose. It has a crisp and refreshing palate with sweet tropical fruit flavours and good balance. A light and refreshing easy drinking style.
