Welcome to Lovedale's ultimate wine club where you reap the
 rewards simply by being a member.

Since opening in 2005 we have welcomed over 1000 members to The Butler’s Club. The name was chosen to reflect what a Butler represents, which is exemplary service and the finest of everything.

We invite you to join today, and become a part of the Tatler ‘family’. Continuously be welcomed with exemplary service and the finest that Tatler has offer.

No joining fees applicable just purchase 1 dozen of Tatler wines (at the member price) the day you join. We will even give you a complimentary bottle of Tatler wine (of your choosing*) as a welcome gift to the club. From that day on you will reap the privileges of being a member.

MEMBER PRIVILEGES

  • Receive all you Tatler wine purchases at the discounted ‘Member’ rate.
  • Receive 10% discount on your accommodation in the Tatler Loft Apartment.
  • Receive 10% discount on you bill at the Tatler Tapas Cafe
  • Receive 10% discount on all Tatler merchandise & apparel
  • Earn $1 ‘Butler Dollars’ for each $10 you spend on Tatler wine (excludes first dozen purchased). ‘Butler Dollars’ are redeemable on wine, accommodation, dining or merchandise (conditions apply).
  • Receive exclusive invitations to our Winemaker’s Dinners & special events.
  • Receive access to exclusive email ‘Wine Offers’ & promotions.
  • Receive our newsletter ‘The Butler’s Whisper’ – packed full of Tatler news, wine releases, recipes, special offers, and more.
CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

  • As a member of Tatler Wines you are obligated to purchase 1 dozen of Tatler wine, annually, at your own discretion (excluding first dozen purchased).

  • Tatler ‘Butler Dollar’ are not redeemable in conjunction with any other offer. If you fail to fulfil you periodic purchase obligation you will forfeit you accumulated ‘Butler Dollars’.
  • After fulfilling you initial 12 month obligation as a member, you are welcome to resign from your membership at any time. To resign from your membership you are required to return you assigned membership card to the Tatler Wines office accompanied by a brief letter/ note stating your name & reason for the resignation.
  • If you believe you will not be able to fulfil your initial 12 month obligation within the specified time frame, we are happy to postpone you renewal for up to 6 months.
  • If you fail to fulfil you initial obligation (within 18 months), you will charged the difference between case price & member price on you initial purchase. In addition you will be charged a $50.00 administration fee.
