Tasting Notes:
Blend of Hunter Shiraz/Viognier, fermented in stainless steel and bottled early to retain freshness of fruit. Pale cherry red with mixed berry fruit and a spicy toffee apple lift on the nose. A soft and fruity style with loads of sweet berry flavours balanced by a touch of savoury spice. Perfect with Asian or Mediterranean food.
